Rent is collected monthly according to the terms of current lease

Owner payments are made each month – no later than the 10th of each month

Tenants submit repair requests to our office, we forward the request to you for approval. We can also handle vendors for repairs & be sure the vendor is paid

In the final step of an eviction, the Sheriff visits the property for a lock out, we will be present for this, again at no additional cost
